/ Order Process
Select the garments to be fully customized or the semi-custom templates to which we will add your logos.
2. Sizing and Quantities
Determine all the required quantities (minimum order is only 6 items that share the same artwork) and sizes (please check our sizing charts). We have fit kits available upon request to guarantee a perfect fit.
Submit your order with a 50% deposit. Orders paid in full in advance get free ground shipping.For the quantity pricing you can only add like items that share the same artwork.
4. Design Process
Once you submit your artwork ( Following the Artwork Guidelines ) the design process begins. Upon completion we will send you proofs via e-mail, and make the necessary changes until you are fully satisfied with the design. After you approve the final artwork we begin the manufacturing process.
5. Production Times
Completion date is approximately 6-8 weeks after final art approval, depending on the quantities and our workload. Our ETA’s are as realistic as we can manage.
6. Final Payment
Once the order is ready, payment in full is due. We accept Paypal and all credit cards (however we must ship to the cardholder’s billing address). Business checks must clear prior to shipping.
We use ground shipping unless otherwise requested. If rush shipping should be necessary to assure delivery by a certain date the extra cost is your responsibility.
Reorders of unchanged artwork will be processed in 4 to 5 weeks instead of our standard delivery time. There may be a slight color difference as Inks tend to change from time to time.
Zbikewear Products are guaranteed to be free from defects of material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of sale. Defective products will be repaired or replaced with similar products when possible, otherwise store credit will be issued. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
